J2 and J5 buttons not working.

Hello, my company recently acquired a CNC mill with a built in Fanuc LR-Mate 200iD w/ 30iB control. I am new to robots. The machine and robot appears to be in great shape.

My problem is when I set the pendant to JOINT to control individual axis, I can move all axis in both directiosn except +Y J2 and -Y J5.

J2 and J5 are one direction only in the JOINT coordinate system.

I don't think there's anything wrong the servos or the robot itself because J2 and J5 will move in both directions if I'm in the TOOL c.s. The servos are getting power. Just seems like those two buttons are dead.

I replaced the keyboard overlay because those two buttons looked a little beat up. Still not working.

I took apart the pendant and put a multi-meter on the switches on the PCB and the switches behave the same as all the other switches on the board.

Could there be some software setting that's doing this? I can't imagine why somebody would de-activate only +Y J2 and -Y J5 but leave -Y J2 and +Y J5 working,

I examined the button board under a microscope, found a tiny crack in some solder around the connector on the back, re-flowed it, AND IT WORKS!!
