I've tried installing FANUC Rooguide several times, but I've run into a few errors along the way. Do you have any thoughts on what might be going wrong? It worked perfectly for me before.

You must install with local admin privileges on your computer. When you install, right click > run as admin.
I tried it this way, but it didn’t work out. It was successful before, so I’m not sure what went wrong this time. Any ideas on what the problem might be?

Just to be clear, as I'm pretty sure someone will ask, You INSTALLED the software with Admin privileges? This is different than trying to OPEN and RUN the software with Admin access.
The other seemingly best method is to completely uninstall all previous versions, then re-install an older version (that you know works!), then install the update over the top of that.

I previously undertook this installation process and will give it another try. Thank you.

After complete uninstalling, install Rev. T first and after that, try to install the latest revision.

Maybe your problem is that you are running a system where the current language is not english.
I had a similar issue recently with a similar software and the problem was that it was trying to modify the group "users" when on my system it's called "usuarios", I needed to create another group called "users" and add me to it.

It's a somehow known problem of V9, but yet unsolved in the software. There's a patch you can do : intall a previous version of the software (V8) before, then intall the latest verison (V9) over it. You will still have the messages, but it will work.
You can find an older version on your Fanuc portal if you have access. If not, just ask your technical support.

This is great. Thank you and I will try.

FANUC Europe recommend to install Rev. T first and after that, the latest revision. This is also due to some known issues with the installation of ROBOGUIDE.
