Hi guys. i'm working with collision detection option in KUKA, i can understand how it works
but there is one thing i really don't know. as the pickture , the "data set value" is showed off
i know the smaller value, the more sensitive Robot
but i really don't understand what excactly these value are standing for ?
what is its unit ?

It is just a value.
No unit. They are more or less scaling factors defining how different commanded and actual values are allowed to be. How exactly they are applied depends on situation and is handled internally.

I actually asked the same question last week to our local KUKA office, they also gave the answer is has no unit, low value is more sensitive, high value is less senstive, and 0 is de-activated.
