    Hi all,

I need to edit a Forge/OS job (*.task) in a PC. Is there any software to do this? Or at least a way of opening them to read and understand the code?

    Thank you all!

and what is the file format? text or binary? did you take a peek with some text editor?

    1) read pinned topic: READ FIRST...

    2) if you have an issue with robot, post question in the correct forum section... do NOT contact me directly

    3) read 1 and 2

Forge/os is a new programming environment, you can program every robot brand with the same "programming language/environment". See ready-robotics.com.

Yes, I did, it's *.task, and when opened it's text, but there's certain codification so some text is legible, some not.

They do not provide any tool for offline editing! so seems that the only way is by means of the Forge TP.
