RobAPI fault when logging in as Admin

    IRC5 running RW 6.12.4008, RobotStudio 2022.3.2

    I inherited this robot after the original programmer ghosted. I've been fine so far just using the Default Operator, but I'm now to the point where I need to start tweaking the SafeMove configuration (which was already set up basically before I arrived).

    But... I have a problem. Well, two.

    There's a Safety operator in the User Name list, but IIRC, this isn't an ABB default (please correct me if I'm wrong), so it must have been created by the first programmer. And no one knows what he set the password to.

    I've also tried logging in as Admin, hoping that Admin still has the power to change User Grants so that I can replace the Safety operator, but... when I try logging into Admin using "admin" as the password, I get:

    My buttons for Request Write Access and Release Write Access go grey. And I'm unable to get the "Write To Controller" option in the SafeMove window.

    So, the password for the Safety Operator is unknown, and logging in as Admin causes some kind of internal RobotStudio failure.

    If you keep the mouse pointer there it will tell you what you are missing to enable it.

    If you want to remove the UAS you can directly connect to ROBOT teach Pendent port inside the controller ,I don't recall the port name.

    after connecting it will provide you with the option reset UAS.
