application taf.exe encountered a serious error and must shut down.
Hello everyone, I have this error on my flexpendant. Could it be that giving it a firmware reset does not work?

Press (keeping) toggle 3 or 4 with Stop button while cold booting.
It will be enter TP's firmware reset mode.
and.. sorry. I'm not sure witch of toggle buttons number.

To reflash the pendant it is programmable key 1.
Key 4 will throw out screen and joystick calibration and then invoke the screen calibration app followed by the joystick calibration app.
Unsure about results of keys 2 or 3 being depressed during pendant booting, my vague recollection is nothing happens.
