I think that robot electrical maintenance has not been done for a long time. Check the diagram of the K1-2-3 contactors next to the main switch. Probably 24V or 380V transitions cannot be made correctly. If these are normal, you can check the drivers below. Usually 346G drives fail.

Alternatively, if you have system disks, you can reinstall the system.
