Alarm 1613 + 1614

  • Hi guys,

this morning a MH225II+DX200 started to fault in a very specific position with alarm 1613[SLURBT] and alarm 1614[0]. It happens randomly but only in this position and the program is a very old one...continuosly working from the dawn of time(about 5 years ago) with no problem.

The movement involving the S and T axis but the alarms rise for all axes.

I slow the speed and remove the PL=0 tag....will let you know if it works.......but any other suggestion will be appreciated.

  • Hi. This alarm is

    F-SAFE

    ENCODER COMM.

    ERR 1

    How to resolve:

EAXA21 board failure" occurred simultaneously with

    this alarm,

Replace the fuse(F1) in the EAXA21 board

    1) Turn the power OFF then back ON.

    (2) If the alarm occurs again, check the connection and insertion

of the following cables and connectors.

    [Robot axis]

    ·Cable between encoders

    ·EAXA21-CN508

    ·YSF25-CNBX

    [External axis]

    ·Cable between encoders

    ·EAXB21-CN534,535,536,540,541,542

    ·YSF25-CNBX

Backup cmos.bin and replace YSF25 board

  • Generally, when I find an alarm occurring at a particular position it's the internal robot harness.

I know a thing or two, because I’ve seen a thing or two. Don't even ask about a third thing. I won't know it.
