Hi, can we help? Error 40168 came out on the ABB 1400 robot. We made the s-start. Still getting this error.
Opening the backup in notepad on the computer. Didn't find this procedure TriggInt

Which version software is this? I can tell from the pendant it is between 3.0 thru 4.0,

Not sure about the s-start, could it be Silent Mode when loading from a C-Start?
These types of errors usually indicate a needed module wasn't loaded.

My thought is that an option was omitted when reinstalling the system.

BW3.0 options came on disk. Could be a P-Start needed afterward? Seems not willing to give enough info to move this along. BW3.0 came out 25 years ago and it's getting harder to remember all the details without some help.
