We have agilus KR 3 R540 with KSS 8.3, and new KR10 R1100 with KSS 8.6 is it possible to switch controllers and change RDC data? Both controllers are KRC4 compact controllers
switch compact controllers of differnt robots?

it is possible...
1. connect robots to alternate controller
2. use WoV to get working project from each controller
3. modify projects to use connected robot arm.
4. deploy and activate modified projects

I have one more question we try that and have a problem with RDC data - we change the robot in WorkVisual but controller doesn't see the robot - error: No connection to RDC possible
-
X21 is the only connection to the robot so is it maybe possible that old controller has different X21 then new one
-
This problem is similar to- No connection to RDC possible we checked that with new controller and robot connection is working and there is no error for RDC, but with new controller there is . We don't know how to solve this

robot and controller can be married to different pair provided that they are compatible. this means connections are same, voltage is same, mada is matching etc.
you can check schematics or X21-X31 cables to confirm if they are the the same.
you can check if bus topology is the same. for example if robot was added but not assigned to controller it may not appear on a bus.
also after swap, it is not enough to activate WoV project, also safety configuration need to be activated.
not sure what the "new KR10 R1100" is... i that KR10R1100-2 ?

panic mode Thank you for response
In controller KSS 8.3.39 (older that we want to use now) in WoV me merged machine data configuration -> took the robot KR10R1100-2 from that new project and put it in project where old controller is (KSS 8.3.39)
Yes it is that robot
for example if robot was added but not assigned to controller it may not appear on a bus -> I don't
understand this?

We connected topology as you sad, but how to assign robot? robot is not there
-
What is the difference with micro RDC and RDC because
In old controller that we used (was working with this robot) it was micro RDC
-
We connected topology as you sad, but how to assign robot? robot is not there
correct... robot is a bunch of mechanical hardware and cables with no intelligence ... plus the RDC (or microRDC). in topology you only see the networked nodes (things with some brianpower), not the nuts, bolts, gearboxes etc.
the assignment is done by dragging the parts with a mouse from "unassigned" to a controller ( in your case "1001510 KRC4 compact"). then the WoV will automatically add RDC etc into topology.
your project MADA is likely corrupted since you used option "Merge". i would delete the robot and add it manually again, without merge. If some setting need to be adjusted, better do so later, after deploying and activating project.

also you should show all messages. your screenshot in post #5 shows there is 15 of them (13 status messages etc).
