Limited experience with setting up a KUKA as well as posting here so please bear with me and let me know if anything needs clarification.
I have a trouble with a KR10 r1100 sixx from 2013, with a KRC4 compact, KSS 8.3.22.
F6 fuse(7.5A) on KRC4 compact keeps blowing if X31 is plugged to the robot.
Also if I remove X6 connector from CCU which supply 24VDC to X21/X31, fuse doesn't blow.
Cable has solid connections between X21 and X31 end. X6 connector has solid connection up to pin 5/6 of X31 end.
I opened up the back of the robot to visually inspect the I/O board but it was clean but it was only visual.
I found out this probem while I was setting up a pneumatic gripper, that the valves on the wrist are not responsive with output signals, (no clicking sound or air routing) as well as X41 has no 24VDC.
Although this robot came to me in unknown state from someone, I assume from the previously installed air fittings on channel 3A/3B that the previous owner might have used the valves.
On WoV(which I just have started using a few days ago) I mapped EM8905-1002 output with KRC digital outputs, screenshot attached.
