After 4 years of operation, my Epson G1-221 Scara robot regularly stops with error 5041: Motor torque output failure in low power state. Check the power cable connection, robot, brake, driver, or motor". This error message could refer to any of the 4 motors. The error occurs even when the motors are not loaded. I have replaced the MDB (motor driver board) and even removed the belt that connects a motor to its reduction gear for a test, but the error still occurs. I am using an Epson G1-221 with RC+ 7.0.
I am grateful for any hint/advice!
