R30ib Plus - FTP

Hi! I am trying to connect the controller R30iB Plus by FTP communication with the software FileZilla. I would like to know how to do it, i need the step by step of how to configurate my PC/IP and FileZilla software, also the controller. Does anyone knows how to do it? I have tried sometimes but it doesn't work.
