We are receiving a PCB alarm 7 coming from the main PSU and our teach pendant has froze. We powered down the controller and turned it back on and now the pendant won’t go passed the ready screen. We checked all fuses and connections. Everything is plugged in. Do you guys have any idea how we might be able to fix this issue? I sent images of what I am seeing. The teach pendant is from a different robot that we put on to see if that would change anything and they both freeze on the ready screen. R2000i with R-J3iB Controller

Have you tried re-seating the main board and checking all connections? Also, can you give a step-by-step explanation of what happened immediately before it froze?
