I Got a re-burn software media card for my robot. After loading software and booting robot, during system load, the process stops and the bottom line on the pendant is FRS: VOLATIL.PC Opening, and I get an INTP-311(SWILIB,1039) Uninitialized Data alarm. At this point I can do nothing on the TP. Any ideas?

Sounds like you got a bad re-burn.
Have you run apverify.bat?
It's in the root directory and can be run to verify all of the files are present. If successful, it will just terminate. If it fails, it will post an alarm.

No, you run it from windows. Just open the device in windows explorer and double-click on apverify.bat
