Hi all,
I have a KUKA Robot with a KRC 4 controller and the smartpad is giving me an error which says "Ethercat Packets Missing" and "KRC Found, Waiting for cyclic connection" but does not connect.
I have removed the smartpad cable and connect a DVI monitor + USB keyboard&mouse directly to the KRC4, it so have a problem not connect wiht KRC.
Kindly Help.

It seems like you can boot to Window but the KSS may have some problems.
The solution is to reinstall the SSD Drive Images by KUKA.Recovery USB (If only you already have a good Image backup and this tool), which is a KUKA tool and purchased separately.
