I've heard that there is something like KAWASAKI life-Time calculation sheet. I've not found in Internet and also distributor doesn't heard about it. Doens anybody used it?

Well if the distributor has no knowledge of it, then it probably doesn't exist.
Sounds like K-COMMIT and TREND Manager to me, I know nothing about them, except that it is used for prediction monitoring for grease and gearbox deterioration.
Probably expensive too.
Have you considered contacting Kawasaki directly?
