no... data exchange requires master-slave connection. Each KRC can only work as master. to exchange data between two KRCs, one must use additional hardware (EK1100 and bridge like EL6692 or EL6695).

I always had them from KUKA but since this is not used for safety interface, you should be able to get them from Bechkoff or your local supplier. only when using FSoE (fail safe over EtherCat) and safety PLC you need to get special version of the bridge from KUKA - then it must be "EL6695-1001". EK1100 is the same regardless where you get it.
