MotoCalv for Yaskawa MA3100

  • Hi all,

I have old Yaskawa MA3100. It has bad mastering (home position).
Can I find new home position using MotoCalv?
Robot has unusual 90 deg rotation of B-axis (axis 5) and non-spherical wrist. I didn't such Yaskawa robots before

  • Hi,

for a quick mastering (home position), you can use markers on each axis. Move each axis that the markers place opposite each other. got to ROBOT menu --> HOME POSITION and select all axis and press select. the new value want to set for each axis.

If you need very high accurate, you need to use MotoCal-V software.

  • I check my MotoCal-V software, there aren't this model on the robot list but there are "Other" under list, maybe it is for robots that aren't in the list.

if you have software, try with this item.
