Safety device CIB SR safety module :error at feedback signal 14

    Dear all

    Robot :KR 10 R1100_2

    KSS: 8.6.8

    CABINET: KRC4 Compact


    System was healthy and while doing some trial it got hit with an object ,after this incident am getting safety stop error and CIB feedback signal 14

    Following are the observation

    1.no physical damage on manipulator and tested with another controller it's fine

    2.x11 interface is okay

    3.x55 is okay

    4.all fuses are okay

    find attachment for better understanding and please do advice

    did you try simply clearing it?

    btw message is not for CIB, it is for CIB-SR (comparable but different product)

    well... in that case it comes to identifying what the "feedback signal 14" is... it has to be one of safety input on CIB_SR (CCU_SR). most of them are connected to X11 but there are others.

    so it was a loose connection and reseating connectors fixed the issue. but we still do not know what that input "14" really is.
