Hey Guys,
I have a 6640 I recently did repairs on. I tried following the Pendulum II/Levelmeter 200 manual on calibrating it but I’m stuck on where exactly to mount the sensors for Axis 1 Calibration and Axis 2 Calibration. In the picture below I know under the black cover is the reference point but then in the manual it says to mount my sensor to an attachment on Gearbox 1 for Axis 1 Calibration and my robot doesn’t have that. Also where would I screw in my locating pin?
Second problem is for Axis 2 Calibration, manual says sensor mount point is behind the lower arm but on my lower arm it’s on the front. Where am I going wrong?
