PLC Motion Interface Setup Help

  • Hi All,

    I have been having some trouble getting our robot to communicate with an Allan-Bradley PLC. I have an EDA profile setup as it shows in the manual. The problem that I am running into is that I am getting a Comm Error from the "FRC_AOI_Status" even when everything appears to be functioning properly with the Robot saying that Ethernet 1 is running and the PLC saying that the AOP is running, There are a couple of pictures in the attached zip folder. I have more that I can send if needed, just couldn't post all of them due to the size limit. I'm sure that I have something messed up in the settings, whether it is on the PLC or on the teach pendant. Does anyone have any ideas on what could be causing this?
