FANUC ROBOT WITHOUT PLC

    HI ALL,


    I AM WORKING IN A FANUC COBOT CR SERIES WITH 30IB CONTROLLER. IN THIS THERE IS NO PLC COMMUNICATION. SO HOW CAN I GIVE COMMANDS TO START THE PROGRAMS OF THE ROBOT?

    FROM ROBOT SIDE WHAT KIND OF CONFIGURATIONS NEED TO BE DONE BEFORE STARTING THE CELL? AND HOW CAN I MAKE IT RUN IN AUTO MODE CONTINUSLY?

    First, you can turn off caps lock on your keyboard.


    You can start the robot by pressing the green start button on the front of the controller. That would be the default behavior if you haven't changed any settings. Just make sure you select the program you want to run on the pendant first.


    If the pendant is off and the controller is in auto and not in step mode then it will run in auto mode continuously. If your program needs to repeat itself you can do so using a jump label.
