How to post proper questions:
ThreadREAD FIRST...
how to post correctly:
1. be a good citizen and follow common sense. this includes no sharing or asking for copyrighted material. such posts will get you banned (because we don't want Kuka legal team stepping in and request ban on all manuals). an example of something that will get you in trouble is any material from Kuka College.
1.5 make SURE to post in the right forum section (manuals in manuals section, IIWA and Sunrise topics in IIWA section). see attached example for IIWA... sigh..

this error.

and I had another question, can you send me the virtual remote pendant program?
-
you need to adapt PLC code that controls $MOVE_ENABLE on your robot. i have seen plenty of cases where flimsy PLC logic results in brief glitches on this signal and cause grief.
Virtual Remote Pendant is a paid option. Contact KUKA to get it. Do not ask forum users for it as that will get you banned.
Personally i prefer remote desktop and this option is free.

ackn.general motion enable
That's not an error, that's a status alert. KUKA robots require that, after $MOVE_ENABLE is received, $CONF_MESS must also be received to acknowledge that message.
-
how do I enable the drive without using servive>startup?
Can you tell me step by step what to do?
-
I set $move_enable 1025 ,but safety error indicate
-
I set 1025

I also do it with plc , it gives this error
-
1.motion enable on from plc

2.appearing ackn.general motion enable
-
3.conf_mess ON from plc.
-

The necessary signal sequences can be found in the documentation in the section describing how to setup "Automatic External". Documentation can be downloaded directly from KUKA portal, see Forum pinned topic Read First where to find the KUKA portal.
Without "Automatic external" interface you need to use the operation mode selector on the SmartPad. You need to turn it and choose mode "AUT" and than push activate drives.
