So I'm back with my GM KRC2 kr150.

With the help of panic mode and Skyefire, i was able to get rid of the software induced emergency stop error messages. But now I'm getting PM1 errors trying to jog the machine.

Attached is the screenshot of the errors.

First error is K1 contact failed to open PM1.

Second is ballast switch energized for too late long PM1.

Third is feedback switch too long on PM1 while charging. I haven't been able to find much on PM1 errors except the possibility of the KPS600 or a stuck K1 relay.

I did notice the lower cluster 4 LEDs on the KPS600 were all off. While the top green and red did flash.

    Any help is greatly appreciated.

    Thanks

    Hi Suntex01,

I was wondering if you found the solution to this. I am also getting the feedback switch too long on PM1 while charging error.

    Thanks

all of those should be just acknowledgment type messages.

they show up after problem is gone and original message is withdrawn.

this means at this point it should be enough to confirm messages and move on...

    1) read pinned topic: READ FIRST...

    2) if you have an issue with robot, post question in the correct forum section... do NOT contact me directly

    3) read 1 and 2
