Hi, I'm new in this forum, hope you doing good, we have an issue with SRVO-068 DTERR G:0 A:1 in a robot P250, we already followed the actions and recommendations according to the manual and still it shows this failure. The last thing we did was to transfer/copy files from the counterpart robot and install it in the bad robot, in this case was the process files of certain paint programs which the robot alarms and so far the robot seems to be fixed.

My question is: Can this process files / paint programs produce this SRVO-068.

    Thanks

    Regards

The DTERR Alarm is in Reference to a lost of Data Transfer at (GROUP:0 Axis: 1).

I'm assuming your robot "interal" axis Group was set to 0. So you should be looking at the connections, cables and even the encoder itself on Axis 1.

We had this alarm previously and had a Fanuc service tech come out and changed out the entire wire harness.

Solved: We found the process cable damaged, this cable is located in the cable carrier of the 7th axis, a total of 6 cables were damaged.

    Thanks for the support guys
