So this is a bit silly, but I'm kind of stuck. I've imported a complex multi-nest rack model into my simulation station, and it's not square to World. I've built a WObj on the rack that aligns perfectly with the rack in all 3 axes. What I want to do is create a test program that "walks" through all the nests using WObj offsets, but I don't have any dimensional data for the distance between the nests, only what I can measure in the model.
But when I use the Point-to-Point tool, I can only get XYZ values in World. I've tested this and confirmed that the dimensions are good, but I can't get them in the Work Object I want. I've made my code work by doing Wobj.Uframe.whatever := itself + (offset), but I would really prefer to simply assign the WObj once and then use .OFrame=Counter*Offset inside my nested FOR loops -- much cleaner.
