Currently the problem I'm having is I set up a custom user but it doesn't have access to comment I/O names. Only install level has this, is there a way to unlock this feature?
Password Lock I/O Commenting

Sorry if this seems flippant, but how often are you changing the I/O comments?
That seems like a thing only the integrator would need to do.

I understand where you're coming from, I'm just trying to make a level for my automation team that has access to absolutely everything without giving the ability to disable passwords. Not that they would disable them but if someone got a hold of their login. Want to keep the install password off the floor for peaking eyes.

Could they use the comment tool in the web browser instead. Can't remember the last time I opted to type in comments on the teach pendent.

I recently had to develop different levels for a customer and I found that is was much easier to start with a level, like integrator, that had access and restrict it than to start with one that didn't have access and allow it.
Hopefully this helps.
