Hello everybody.

Can you describe more? Vacuum could be control through a robot job. It could be controlled through the ladder program. It could be controlled through a system job.
All these are already on you controller except for system job. That is a paid option you may or may not have.
Is this just on/off for the vacuum? Are you trying to control a large motor vacuum pump?
Is there a PLC involved with your workcell?
Sorry.
I have got a master PLC but the robot control the On/Off vaccum and the status of vaccum.
I wold like to control all time the vacuum when i've got a piece.
If the status of vacumm it's off and i've got a pice picked up, i would like to send a message error to PLC at the same time as the robot move.
Is it possible without system job?
I hope i have explained well. I need to improve my english.
Thank you
If your robot is equipped with SUB interpreters, you can use PSTART and PWAIT instruction in your robot jobs to manage multiple running programs - which can be used to simulate the "background" job. Multi-Threading, have you.
I believe YRC1000 is equipped with 7 SUB interpreters(can execute normal robot job) by default. "Background" Jobs are called SYSTEM JOBS(only capable of executing logics) and is usually not included by default.
