Good morning, so I just purchased a STARWELD 400R system made by Stellite. It is composed of an XRC-2001, Motoman EA1400, Stellite Starweld 400, manipulator, and chiller. I assumed that I could easily figure out how to program and run this since I do alot of G-Code programming by hand for my CNC lathes. I was obviously completely wrong. Any input or leads on literature or training for this system?

Where are you located? May check with your local Yaskawa office. I know in the US there isn’t any in-house training due to the age of that controller.

I know a thing or two, because I’ve seen a thing or two. Don't even ask about a third thing. I won't know it.

We’re located in Odessa, Tx. I was amazed at how little info I was able to find about it on the web.

Go to Motoman.com and look for the Operator’s Manual for Arc.

You can also Google, Motoman XRC Operators Manual.
