Input signal problem

Hallo

I am new in Mitsubishi Robot programming. I have a question. May be you guys can help me or advice. Is it possible to make an array for input signal. The idea is ,the robot will use simple light sensor and it will collect this signal in an array. So it can work with this signal later. Is it possible with mitsubishi robot programming language(Melfa basic vi).

Could you please tell me, for an example

CMOJI(1)= abc --> is possible to write

Or how to write this array element.
