    Hello,

    I am using an yrc1000 with a hc10.

    The robot stopped moving.

I can turn on servo's and when i use the SLURBT keys to move the robot, the pendant confirms that it is moving (green arrow).

There is no error vissible but the robot doesn't move.

I've checked the speed (to slow is less vissible).

When I open the yrc1000 the COM led is flashing on the converter.

When I activate the servos, the COM led keeps flashing aswell as the RDY led.

I suppose there is a communication problem between the converter and the servopacks.

    any suggestions?

    Thank you all!

This is what i do, that doesn't mean it's the right way to do it.

Please post a picture of the pendant screen, including the message line at the bottom of the touch screen. Please also include the START and HOLD buttons at the top of the pendant. Thank you.

    This is the first picture.

The servos are not activated at this time.

The "communication error" is because our welding source isn't connected because we are testing

a diffrent machine. This is not the cause of the problem.

The "whitout tool" message could be an issue because this appeared just recently.

i'm will send two more pictures.

    This is the second image.

The servos are activated at this time.

    No other messages appear.

This is the third and last picture.

In this case we are trying to move the robot but without any result.

There is a new message that there is a speeds limit active but in this set-up while testing

we always have this message on so that schouldn't be the issue.

    Hi there.

Just to let you know, I found out why it wasn't moving.

There was "stand still monitoring" file active in the speed limit list.

I put it on invalid and now I can move again.

I realise that this was a very idiotic thing not to notice of me :grinning_face_with_smiling_eyes:

Tanks anyway for the respons

This is what i do, that doesn't mean it's the right way to do it.
