I having a coolant leakage from torch and bcoz of that i having porosity in weld. The first few welds are good and after that when i purge I see coolant coming out from torch. I tried to check the source of the leakage but everything looks normal. any idea where can the problem be?

Suspect a bad seal in the coupling where the torch neck attaches to the Robacta feeder. Attached is a parts diagram for an older CMT model for reference. The very helpful folks at Fronius can provide the correct manuals and tech support can usually help you troubleshoot over the phone.

Thank you. I just came to know that the problem was in gooseneck liner. Somehow it broke when i used tip cleaner function which may has to do with the alignment issue.

There is another problem. Everytime I switch on the controller, My techpendant says battery backup lost and i have to update revolution counter of external device everytime. Is there anyway I can solve this issue ?
-
This is an error I am getting when I turn on the robot everytime.

change the SMB batery pack ,for external axes should be located down the positioner

I know these are silly questions, I am fairly new to robotics. Thank you

Not silly questions. Ask questions and reference manuals to learn. It can be challenging to learn if you don't have a mentor nearby.
If you're not sure where the serial measurement unit is, follow the resolver cable back from the external axis motor, it must plug into the SMU eventually. The battery will be attached to the unit. Post a picture if you're not sure.

thank you. Yes i found the SMU and replaced it. Now it is not loosing the data. Thanks again.
