DX200 Job Programing // New Jobs "loose positions

    Hey Guys,


    i'm new to Yaskawa robots and im just a beginner.


    We run 1x DX200 and 2 NX100 robots on our factory.


    at the DX200, we have some different jobs, some of them are programed from another company. My friend (the CEO) programed a own job for our new materials to polish.

    In this jobs the robot just can handle 9 items, after the ninth he cant fit the next becouse the position is wrong and he will grab the air :kissing_face:


    sorry for my bad english but i hope someone can help me out. we have tons of this new items here and it costs much time to just work with 9 items from possible 64

    This is a programming issue. We would need to see the program to see why, but most likely you are not resetting the position shift after the ninth part.


    Watch the conditions of "=", "<", and ">". If they are in the wrong spot or the wrong value your program will not work as you want.
