NX100 Alarm 0020 [51] CPU communication error.
We have an ArcWorld III dual cell EA1400N robots with ferris wheel MR750TX positioner that a was brand new and was put into storage back in 2008. We are finally installing and we are having a few issues. We replaced all the encoder batteries (Robots, controllers and positioner). Reinstalled the CMOS that Motoman Shipped. Pull out and cleaned the NIF01and AXA01 boards and connectors. We can not clear the Alarm 0020 [51] CPU communication error (Major Alarm). Any help would be greatly appreciated.
