Hi Duong,
The error you are getting is Robotmaster checking for your active software license in the Codemeter Control Center.
Codemeter is installed with Robotmaster to allow for the software licensing of the different editions and features of Robotmaster software.
You need to make sure that you have used the https://lc.codemeter.com/00000/depot/ link provided by your reseller. (00000 is not the real number). Once there, you enter your Ticket ID, then click on activate. Provided Codemeter is installed and running it will download the license to your PC. Once it is download and running on your computer then you can restart Robotmaster V7 and it should run. Let me know if you have anymore issues.
