i have an r30ib controller with srvo-348 that will not clear, i have checked the contactors behind the e-stop board and replaced the e-stop board, cycled power, and it will not reset. any suggestions on what to do next?

I don't know what type of control panel there is, but you can control the emergency stop signals coming to the EM Card. There may be a signal coming that shouldn't be coming. This signal can be on the CRM72 cable.

Hey Cody - Is this a unit that was running, but randomly stopped? Or a Unit that is currently being powered to put into service?
There are a few jumpers on the E-stop board that if missing - can cause this error and produce some headaches when troubleshooting.

Hi I have the same problem unit was standing for a while an error SRVO 348 DCS MCC off 1,3 changed cards nothing seems to cancel the alarm. It's a R30iA B type cabinet.
