Error after instaling KUKAVARPROXY

    Hello everyone!


    I am Niko, and i am working on arc welding KUKA robot, with specifications:


    Robot type: KUKA KR 60 L30-3 + DKP400 (Turntable)

    Controller type: KR C4

    KSS Version: KR C V8.3.28


    The Robot worked without a problem. Then i decided to install the KUKAVARPROXY TCP/IP server on it (link).

    After installation, everything worked fine, but after cold start of a robot i got next errors:


    First error window:

    Error

    Unable to establish connection on the KRC.

    Robot control not possible.


    After clicking "OK" button second error window came up.

    Second window on attached photo (Screenshot on KUKAsmartPAD).

    On top of it there was another window saying: SmartHMI has stopped working.


    I searched on internet and found out that people had similar problems (link), but none of them posted the solution.


    I would be grateful if anyone could help me solve this problem.

    Approved the thread.

    Hello everyone!


    Good news, i figured out the problem.


    Problem was in "WBF_Time.dll" file in map C:\Windows\System32.

    I removed it and now KUKA Smart.HMI works again.


    Only problem is, that my $config.dat is keep getting overwritten.

    I need to search on forum, how to properly replace it with my backup one.
