Hello to Everyone, Is my first post here, I'm Programming a R-30iB Plus for a weld process, the basics is a weld for a gas canister, welding the up side to the down side, on the rift (middle) of this canister, at here, everything is ok.
i'm using the wave instructions, but the product is irregular, and no have correction. The final client decided add a Keyence Sensor (CB-EP100) with a controller Keyence LJ-V7001P for tracking the Rift (middle of Canister cylinder) for make the process more precise.
The product is irregular, and the robot need to weld stopped in a single position, the variation of the product occured on Y axis of my tool (weld Torch), need to correct on the Y axis.
Anyone done that before? I have experience with weld process, but no on this situation, this is a valid process?
