Hi Guys,
We usually hardwire safety signals (Dual Channel) from R30iB Plus to Allen Bradley GaurdLogix PLC.
Due to the lack of availability of PLCs and components , we are forced to look into other ways of doing safety.
Has anyone worked EhternetIP Safety Option on Fanuc robots?
If my understanding is correct, safety over EthernetIP will eliminate the need to hardwire safety signals between PLC and Fanuc controller. Is this correct?
are there any limitations to using EthernetIP safety and IO Signals on a single ethernet cable?
