a lot of old products only had printed manuals. that was the norm before internet made support and file sharing popular. so you need to look for those printed copies of the manuals or hope that someone has scanned them. or... don't go for so old products. robots are meant to pay for themselves within a year or so. if they don't, that was a wrong investment. but robot systems are quite reliable and industry typically uses them for some 10 years or so before getting replacements. this gives chance to hobbyists and DIY types to get access to old but still powerful technology for less. but... going for products that are 20-30 year old makes little sense unless one is a collector and making a museum or similar.
