navigate tot that location and inspect that file.
CFG should be just a text file. if it is missing or corrupt, replace it as instructed in the message

you are always supposed to have full backup at least. anything less is negligence.
state your KSS version and maybe someone can share it or just contact KUKA.
you should contact KUKA anyway to get all software that your robot uses.

i dont have a this file and I dont have a CD with software. Maybe do you have a software or this file?
Did you check on D partition of the hard drive for the KSS backup? Usually there is a backup of the KSS software on the D:\ and you can find the file there.
