Hi,
So recently i installed motosim and trial key ony my company's pc but after i opened the program it still asked for the "hardware key".
Basically installing the trial key did nothing. Did i do something wrong?

After install the Motosim, don't open software, open trial license setup file and run it.
After install the license key it doesn't give you this message.

Could also be regional. The free trial is from Yaskawa Europe. Outside this region it may not work.

Yea i did that and still didnt work. I installed at my work pc and home pc, both not working.
Im from Portugal btw so im from Europe.

Yes i know, i used the free trial key yaskawa is offering .

I did that already about two weeks ago and got no response. What i did was disabling windows defender on my home pc and install both motosim and trial key and then just worked.

You must give trial key when you will install Motosim, my means is if your trial key is old it could not work now and you must give a new trial key.

We had a similar problem and it was because we were using remote desktop, which is problematic with licensing cause it detects it as a "virtual machine".
