I receive new robot with r30iB mate plus and 200IDc /14L
When we turn on the controller robot doesn't come up and just show the black page as attach file
Please help me what can i do
i could not contact with fanuc service

Try reloading an image backup from that robot.

Do you have any file backups or the original load software?

If it is a new robot then it should come with the software to load onto it. On newer robots this comes on a USB stick.

What happens if you choose yes?
SRVO-377 - MODE22 STATUS ABNORMAL
A chain alarm was detected with the mode switch signal
action 1 - Check the mode switch and its cable;
action 2 - Replace the emergency stop board
action 3 - Replace the main board
check if is not wiring incorrectly or damaged in switch mode

SRVO-337 DCS PRMCHK alarm %x,%x
Cause: DCS parameter error is detected.When an image restore is done and ‘No’ is selected for initialize DCS parameter, if the previous DCS parameters aredifferent from what is in the image file, this alarm occurs.
and again, what happens if you choose yes to dcs parameters?

Goto menu>system>dcs
Then press apply, try 1111 for the passcode, then Cycle power when in asks you to.
