FANUC Backall not correct

v8.30/16 software is trying to backup a file named MHPATDAT, which during the backall, the system states it cannot be backed up.

After skipping this file, the process completes, the message is given the backup files are not correct.

This file has magically appeared since the v8.30/08 software release.

The image files backup just fine..

Does anyone have any information about this failure of BACKALL?

So far, Fanuc Tech support is not giving any answers.

FANUC failed to address the ?. My machine installs in August. At this juncture, we are planning on using the image as the final backup.
