Unless it is controlled by an external source, use the % up and down keys. If it changes back, then something else is controlling it. PLC? Teach pendant program, background logic, etc.

Check names of your programs in BG logic, press: MENU -> 6 SETUP -> BG Logic
Then knowing names of programs in BG, check each program listing and change the override inside on of them, where it's used.
