Can't add an extra task in RobotStudio

Hi there

I need some help on how to add an extra task in RobotStudio 2019.4.

I'm using this trial version to get familiar with the software, but when I tried to add an extra task apart from T_ROB1 in menu: configuraton->Controller->Task, the "New Task" button was greyed out.

Is there a way to achieve this and what steps I could have missed?

Is there a manual for all the descriptions of the options such that which robot application we need to tick which option?
