Track encoder alarm on R30ib +

Hi everyone.

I have my controller R30ib + with a Fanuc M20ia

And I want to fix this error : srvo-082

I explain… I have the tracking card but I don’t use that for the moment.

I don’t have any encoder connected to the controller. Can I disabled this option ?

If you go under SETUP->Encoder, and turn the encoder off and reboot, I believe you will then be able to move the arm around normally.
