I've seen this a lot (more than I'd like haha). Yes, you can normally just replace the contactor. We changed over to Omron made contactors, (contactor holder also needs changing if changing over to Omron contactors) they seem more robust and less problematic...

We are getting the 37001 Error, I'm watching sometimes K42 & K43 pull in and sometimes only K42, sometimes they both pull in and then K43 drops out and we get the 37001 error, which is correct, thinking either the output from the board is turning off or the N/C contacts not opening up or the board is gone, any ideas? Thanks guys

What model of omron contactor are you using?
I open the irc5 compact and realize the middle contactor is the faulty contactor. Sometimes it activate; sometimes it does not; sometimes it will jumps back after activated.
Many contactor faults can end up being a bad connection in the run-chain.
Monitor the 24VDC coil voltage between A1 & A2 on the contactor to make sure it's receiving proper voltage.
Hi all,
I had this error with our IRC5 too. The error message says it can be caused by a configuration error, so I booted into a different known good system, and the problem went away. I rebooted into the first system again, and the error didn’t come back. The weird thing is that I had tried a warm restart with no luck, but rebooting the same system, with the same configuration, made the error go away. Still not sure what happened.
Anyway, I thought it might be helpful for others with this error to know that it may not be the contactor itself. I’m writing it off as just another glitch for now, but I’ll update my post if it turns out to be a hardware issue after all.
Check panel bord as well which drive contacttors !
