Hello guys!
Quick question, one of our clients contacted us reporting that 2 of their robots were taking 5 minutes to save a position, they just move the robot to a position, then they try to save it, and on the smartpad appears the message "Wait...", with the green clock, and as said, saves only after 4 or 5 minutes. Do you guys have any idea of what could be happening? I mean, there's two robots with the same problem, not just one, I've never seen this.

strange things have happened occasionally. some KSS have bugs. somethings that includes memory leak and after while something stops working or ... stops working correctly. which is why one should state KSS version. and do a cold boot (not just switch power) before trying same thing again.
